I’m trying to migrate openfire install in Windows 2008 server to another server with a different name in Windows 2012 server.
What is the procedure?
I tried to copy the folder embedded-db and conf from one server to another but not run.
Any ideas?

Explain that with more details. How do you try to run it, what is happening? How do you determine it is not running (can’t open Admin Console, clients can’t login)? Are you able to login locally on that server using http://localhost:9090? Also check the logs at /openfire/logs/all.log
