Miranda IM not showing inbound messages for one user

I have a Windows 10 (1703) user who is running Miranda version 10.76 which just started not showing any incoming messages. He said it was working in the morning. I then remoted in to see for myself. All settings were correct and I even sent a TEST message to everyone from the server using the tool but he was right. Everyone got the message but him. I’ve rebooted his workstation and the server (Openfire 3.3.1) shows him as online just like everyone else. Any suggestions?

Seriously, Openfire 3.3.1? Released 11 years ago and you are hoping to get support for it?
