I found that in all version of OpenFire is a file ( jivebase.jar ) missing. This file is required to propper license support. Without it I’ve noticed several problems with the functionality of some elements of OpenFire.

Could you provide some more detail on this? What hint do you get that indicates this file is needed? Are you using the latest release of Openfire?
