So yesterday and today I have had a couple of users complain(myself included) of not receiving any messages that people were sending tothem. If they log out and log back in they then see all the messages theymissed, preceded by (Offline), as if they had been disconnected when they appeared to be connected. Any ideas what might be causing this?

Do they just see the messages or are these unseen messages popping up like they have just been received? You can try starting with a fresh Spark profile on the affected machines. Spark profile:
C:\Documents and Settings\User\Application Data\Spark
C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\Spark

Do you connect via http-bind? If yes, we had the same problem with that and it appears that something is broken with the openfire http-bind and solved it using punjab as our http-bind system.
