Missing resource for key: startup.name in locale zh_CN

I am a chinese user.

I setup the messenger server and try to login into the admin tool,but the page does not change.

I got following message from error.log

Thanks for the bug report. The issue is that the build process isn’‘t automatically generating a default i18n file. I’'ve filed this as JM-104. We should have a fix in CVS in about 10 minutes. The fix will also officially be part of 2.1 Beta on Friday and 2.1 final in a week.
