I have removed the plug in from all locations, incliding the server folder, and re-added it but no change? Any ideas?

I am having the same issue.

Hello, I also have the same problem, there is some possible solution?

What OS is the server running on? What version of the plugin? I have jus tinstall version 1.1.1 of the plugin on my openfire 3.6.4 server running on windows with the embedded db and it works perfectly.

Hi, the OS is Windows 2003 Enterprise, the openfire is 3.6.4 and the pluggin is 1.1.1. After reinstating the pluggin, now it loads good but it shows all the values to 0.

same with me. error if reload the plugins
