Hi, i’m trying to get the messages of my employees with Monitoring service, but i can’t receive it by any chance, it says on the text field “As mensagens nesta conversa não foram arquivadas.” (The messages in this conversation have not been archived.) My Openfire version is 4.1.4 and my Monitoring Service is 1.5.7.
