Monitoring Service restart conversationID

I Upgrade my openfire 3.7.0 to 3.8.0 and I have an issue:

When I upgrade de Monitorin Service puguin from 1.2.0 to 1.3.0 the conversationID restart the counter.

How can I fix the plugin to continue after last ID?
