MS Lync2013 issues with HP Service Manager 9.41

Dear All,

we are using openfire 3.9.3 and HP servicemanager, we integrated HPSM with MS Lync using openfire,

but when i start communicate from HPSM to Lync users,lync agent is stopped abnormally and not able to chat with lunc users,

when i check logs in lync agent folder, it has only below information,

LyncAgent - LyncAgent is starting up…

and from windows task manager, lyncagent.exe process keeps on suspending and running, because of this lync agent, we are not able to communicate with lync users,

**Kindly let me know how to troubleshoot this issue, **i have no idea on this openfire tool, we are new to this tool.
