Multiple domain

Hi,

need Help on multiple domain

i have one openfire server, on AD domain & 2 child domain

Users are able to access for the root domain, and user who are in child domain is not able login but they telnet to port.

Pls. shed some light on configuring openfire for Multiple domains.
