OpenFire + Eclipse(Kepler)

** Having issue in build.xml file**

<taskdef name=“install4j”

classname=“com.install4j.Install4JTask”

classpath="${installer.install4j.home}/bin/ant.jar"/>

taskdef class com.install4j.Install4JTask cannot be found
