Hi All, I am pretty new to open fire. I want to setup a group where only group owners or admin can drop messages and member users can read them. Also user can search the groups after login. Pls support. I am using RHEL7 OS and Mysql on DB.
In the Openfire admin console, you can configure chatrooms. One of the options that is presented there is to make a room moderated. That will have the effect of only users that are granted ‘voice’ can exchange messages in the room.
