New Installation - User Name and Password in Admin Console not working

Two new installations of Openfire in Windows 7 and Windows XP. Installation went fine as far as can tell except when we “Launch Admin,” the User Name and Password in the Admin Console is not working. The correct information is put in, but nothing is accepted, so the Admin Console does not launch.

What could we possibly be doing wrong?

may be you can restart openfire or enter in your database update the table “ofUser”

You should restart Openfire right after the setup and do not push Login to Admin Console button in the last step of the setup.
