How can I get the ‘‘Nick Name’’ field in the profile to be displayed in the roster for users imported from a transport like MSN? Right now, users show up by default as @msn.domain in italics.
When dragging users into a group, if you select multiple users, and then drag, only the user you actually clicked on for the drag is moved. Is this for some reason the entended operation?
