No-group roster entries

Hi Matt,

When there are roster entries that aren’‘t assigned to any group, there’'s no way to access those entries (though it appears they are added to the roster). I checked the spec and a group is optional, unfortunately.

I guess maybe createing an initial “pseudo” group, “unfiled” and droping them in there would be the path of least resistance…

I’‘ll be sure to add support for users that aren’'t part of a group for the next release. It should just mean adding a method that returns an Iterator for these users to the Roster class.
