when I launch sparkweb, I do not get the familiar login, just the grey background. No apparent error, either on the client, or evident in the openfire server logs. This issue seems both browser and OS agnostic.
any ideas?
So it was working and now it doesnt? Something must have been changed on your server. How and where did you installed SparkWeb? What about firewall? What about restart that server?
no - never working on this server… I have multiple openfire deployments, it’s just this one. Normal spark client works fine - it’s just SparkWeb
