No ou showing in LDAP browser

i connect to one of the many domain controllers via an LDAP browser

the one here : http://www.softerra.com/products/ldapbrowser.php?PHPSESSID=02e1a2e2f8632b9175e2e 7a5c609d15b

and it does not list any OUs, i have tried all that i know

if the OUs arent listed then Jive cant authenticate the user

any suggestions?

i connected to the organizations domain via ADSIEDIT(support tool in windows 2000,2003 server) and i could view the OUs
