No users showing (or not authorized)

We had a problem with our Openfire Database and after a bit of reading here I decided to uninstal and install the latest version.

So, after installing 3.9.1 and setting up LDAP all seemed to be working BUT… within Pidgin no users are showing. After selecting (in Pidgin) Buddies > Show > Off Line I can see everybody Offline and a few Not Authorized.

I have accepted the new certificate and seem to be online and available and another user here accepted the new certificate but is showing to me as not Authorised.

I wish all users to see eachother and auto ‘enrol’ and be authorized.

Help!

I have no users in 3.9.3 and 3.10.0 with AD
