Nothing displays apart from FastPath web chat

Steps that I followed.

1)installed openfire

2)created user

3)added fastpath plugin

4)downloaded webchat.war, placed it in webapps folder and deployed in tomcat.

5)downloaded spark, and logged in successfully.

but when I open http://xx.xx.xx.xxx:8080/webchat/

I will get blank page with “FastPath Web Chat” as heading. It doesnt display the workgroup list.

what I am doing wrong, please someone help me.

I finally found the solution. the solution was when we run webchat.war , we need to give the IP address instead of domain name when it asks for xmpp setting.
