I got this message from my server management team and my programmers:
I see the “null point exception” error while proceeding with the configuration. This is a Java related error and I’'ve googled about it and found some URLs regarding debugging the error message.

As far as I see, this is something to be done on the Java code to fix the error message. Please contact the developers of Wildfire to see if they have seen this kind of requests before.
