Offline message - plugins/icons

Hi,

I have a bug to report:

When user logs in and receives offline message, plugins (icons) are missing in chat window. Icons appear when he/she reopens chat window (although buzz/bell icon shows up with delay)

tested with openfire 4.2.3, spark 2.8.3, spark 2.9.0
