We’ve recently upgraded our Openfire server to 4.0.1 and installed the OFmeet.jar version 0.3.9 so we can have a screen share. Our environment is locked down and we need an internal company screenshare for collaboration. So far I’ve managed to get everything installed and working other than the actual screenshare part.
Any time I try try to start sharing a screen, it immediately gives the error “Unable to switch video stream” and if I run the debug console in Chrome it shows an error referencing “No conference handler” in ofmeet-screenshare.js?v=1:250.
Any ideas on how to fix this?
