Only the first 15 groups are shown in admin console

I use jive messenger server version 2.1.3 on a windows 2003 server.

The “group summary” option in the admin console only displays the first 15 groups - selecting the next page produces a “no groups in the system” message. Is there any way to fix this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

I was not able to reproduce the problem. How many groups do you have? How many pages links do you have in the Group Summary page? What is the value of the start parameter in the URL when you get the “no groups in the system” message?

Hi - thnx for the reply

I currently have 19 groups defined. There are two pages available (consistent with the number of groups, apparently). On top of the second page it says “showing groups 16-30”, but no groups are actually shown. I can’‘t recall what the start parameter was - I’‘ll get back to you on that. If it’'s of any help, the underlaying database is ms-sql.

I have the same problem.

I cant see the groups +15.

To edit the propertis I enter the name manually in the browser adress bar.

(Im using Jive messenger 2.1.3 with the embedded database in a win2000 advanced server)

no, counting begins from 0, so it show the right thing - 15, at least on my system, and i dont have such problems. Embedded DB, but linux version.
