I am tasked with a project to get Mirabyte to display Priority issues for our Service Desk, using Openfire. I have installed Openfire, Mirabyte, and Spark on a PC that I am using as a server. I am able to get message out using Openfire console using the Tools<send Message to the end users. But when I try to set up mirabyte to pull messages from Spark nothing happens. I have created a Group Chat profile in Openfire and logged in with Spark messaging in that Group Chat room. The issue is, is there a way to setup mirabyte using the XMPP to display our alerts on the ticker that Mirabyte is used for.
