Hi,
how much free memory does your server have?
Does “java -version -Xmx128m” prints out the same error?

~300Mb free memory
C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre6\bin>java -version -Xmx128m
java version "1.6.0_13"
Java™ SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_13-b03)
Java HotSpot™ Client VM (build 11.3-b02, mixed mode, sharing)
C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre6\bin>
I tried to run OF with the parameters
-Xms512m
-Xmx1024m
Again the error

Delete update 956572.
All work, but it is a very bad solution.
I have a similar problem. It seems like we can no longer specify minimal size and that we are limited to less than 1Go.
Our application started with parameter -Xmx896m
Unless you can uninstall security update, you must remove -Xms parameter and limit maximum memory.
