Hi,
I just installed a new instance of Openfire (to test new version), but I ran into problems immediately…the roster is blank, even if I select “show offline groups, show offline users”, I still don’t see anything.

Director: Active Directory ( Win Server 2003)

Client: Pidgin || Spark
Config:

Directory -> Edit -> Groups : I can see all AD groups

Users/Groups -> Groups -> search by name -> select a group ->“All” -> [x] Share group with additional users -> (*) All Users
In the client, I can’t see neither the “All” group, nor any other user logged into the server (I can see them as “Sessions” in the server web GUI)
any idea how I can debug this?
