Openfire 3.7.0 - Administrative Message

Hello

We are currently using Openfire 3.7.0 and are attempting to send out a message to all of our users, which includes a web link.

Is it possible for the link to be made clickable inside this message, if so how would we go about doing this, or is there an alternative method?

This is up to a client (Spark or what you are using) to interpret links in messages. You can’t add links in some special way in that form, it only takes regular text. But if a client supports links, it will convert www. google. com to a clickable link.

we are using spark version 2.6.3 and it doesnt convert the text.

Use newest version. 2.8.3 at the moment
