I have Openfire 3.7.1 and we are using Spark 2.6.3. I am trying to find out how I would make a banner that would be on top of everone’s Conversation page that let’s them know that administrators have access to all conversations. I am VERY new to the Ignite family so can someone share with me how this might be done? Thank you!
You’d have to build a custom Spark version to make this happen I think. Here are a few relevant links:

You could also look at using the MotD plugin
