I know that some threads are existing reagrding certificate issues, but I can not solve my problem with this threads.
I have purchased a valide single domain certificate and installed the certificate over the TLS/SSL Certificate manager inside the openfire admin panel. The admin panel and all other browser based clients like inVerse show a trusted and valid certificate. When I setup my account on my anroid client ‘conversations’ I get a certificate error:
unknown certificate
the server certificate was not signed by a known certification authority
but it is the same certificate where the browser show the certificate as trusted
We use a single domain for connection and as hostname and servername.
Maybee anyone can help to solve this issue.
