Openfire active directory and loca user creation

I would like to configure openfire for dual authentication that means one active directory and localuser for openfire server. let me know how to do.

I think this is not possible. Once you have selected integration with LDAP it won’t let you create local users in Openfire.

Actuly I read this authentication machanism might work in per my senirio. Because I do want to authenitcate our partners user in addition database not in my active directory due to security issue.

Please check below link and advice me what step should i take to success in this case or give me alternate way.
