It seems that openfire isn’'t aware of
openfire doesn’'t parse the “x” element.
Looking at org.xmpp.forms.DataForm i notice the static block wich register itself to the extensions registry.
// Register that DataForms uses the jabber:x:data namespace
registeredExtensions.put(QName.get(ELEMENT_NAME, NAMESPACE), DataForm.class);
That’'s why openfire is unaware of such element.
I skipped the problem put a ‘’ new DataFor(…)’’ statement in the init method of my plugin, but i guess it will be fixed in the openfire core.
