This is most likely because you are missing “ofMucService” table in your database. I encounter the same problem and after looking carefully at the output of the database setup script, i noticed that there was an error for creating “ofMucService” table:
Index column size is to large, The maximum column size is 767 bytes
This is likely caused by the default charset for your database. I manage to add the table by setting the charset for this table to UTF-8:

CREATE TABLE ofMucService (
serviceID BIGINT NOT NULL,
subdomain VARCHAR(255) NOT NULL,
description VARCHAR(255),
isHidden TINYINT NOT NULL,
PRIMARY KEY (subdomain),
INDEX ofMucService_serviceid_idx (serviceID)
) ENGINE=InnoDB DEFAULT CHARSET=utf8;

It is likely other tables is missing too, and I would recommend recreating your database with the default charset set to utf8

Absolutely spot on Rydogs! Amazing what one can miss that is in plain sight.
Much obliged,
Cheers :beers:
