Hi,

I want to use Openfire with LDAP-Backend. During the installation I can’t connect to the LDAP-Server.

Errormessage:

javax.naming.CommunicationException: [LDAP: error code 2 - version not supported]

javax.naming.NameNotFoundException: [LDAP: error code 32 - No Such Object]; remaining name ‘’

any solutions?

What is your LDAP server source (AD, OpenLDAP, eDir, etc)?
