I would like to take a about.

I have a server openfire running on the Internet by accessing Active Directory LDAP, and my users connect using spark. It turns out that user to search on the server is very slow, depending on the user of the spark has to reconnect, do 2 or 3 attempts to access the services offered as the icon for the MSN may appear. this is normal happen? how can I improve my users’ access to the service? already liberei the doors of local firewall and remote, what else should I do? Are you connecting to Openfire server from the Internet, and Openfire in turn is connected to some internal AD server? I would say this more connection (network) problems than Openfire. Plus, searching in AD could be slow in its turn, maybe.
