Openfire realtime chat monitoring

Hello,

I have configured openfire-3_3_2 successfully and its working fine but my main purpose is realtime chat monitoring between clients and to do so I installed i-ball chat auditor from sourceforge and i-ball chat auditor-2.0.1 but it is not working.

Please help to solve the purpose.

I solved issue through i-ball auditor plugin and it works fine with local user but when I connect with yahoo or MSN users, it only store messages which we got but it does not store message what we have sent.

Anyone have experience like the same?? Any Solution ??
