We are currently using Openfire successfully in our enterprise. We also have the monitoring.jar plugin installed.

I just had a request from a manager to get a transscript of all the Chat Conversations from an Employee. I can use the Plug-in but I only see one Conversation at a time. Is there and easy way to export all the conversations from a given user?

Ask your DBA for a query if you really need this.

That’s what I ended up doing, was just hoping that there was a built in tool/Plugin that could do this so I don’t need to bug a DBA everytime.
