Openfire s2s TLS Problem

Hi, I have a problem with the server2server encryption.

If I set server2server encryption to “required” then openfire will fail all new server2server connections.

I grabbed some errors and infos from the Error/Debug log:

http://pastebin.com/m31b4087c

(In this case the remote server is a jabberd 1.6)

Edit:

Some infos

Openfire Version: 3.5.0

xmpp.server.certificate.verify == false

xmpp.server.tls.enabled == true

xmpp.socket.ssl.active == true

server2server port == 5269

System == Linux 2.6.22-3-486

JVM Version: 1.6.0_03 Sun Microsystems Inc. – Java HotSpot™ Server VM

Application server: jetty-6.1.x

I have seen similar, any time I require SSL connections for S2S, I can’t get it to connect to the remote server. Very frustrating…I have tried other OpenFire and even gmail services…nothing. Once I change it back to “optional” it works like a charm

I have used many versions of openfire server to server never set ssl or tsl only or most wont connect I use if available is only one that works
