OpenFire-service started, but clients cannot' connect. Only manual restart helps

Hi everybody!

I’ve got something strange: OpenFire starts as a service in Windows (2k8R2x64 SP1), but the service is unavailable. When I’d restarted it manually, everything works fine. Where’s the heart of the matter?
