I need to have both a signed ssl cert for openfire and also for apache on the same domain, is there any way the two can share the single signed cert? Thanks!

Unfortunately, I am blissfully ignorant on many aspects of SSL certs… I could never get a signed SSL cert that I used with apache to work with recent versions of Openfire. I finally got one from xmpp.net, which openfire took in happily.
Sorry that my post doesn’t help much, but if you search the forums, you will see lots of folks having trouble with signed certs…

It just seems like there should be a ways, since you are buying a cert for the domain, it would be nice to use it for both openfire and apache.
