I downloaded Openfire and Spark Web on our server. I then realized that Spark Web is with the Enterprise edition of Openfire, when all I want is the open source version of both. Suggestions? We need to work with the Opensource version of both and stop the countdown for Enterprise edition.

uninstall the enterprise edition? install the free edition?
If you go to your plugins page on the admin console you can then delete the commercial enterpise plugin.
This will then put your system back to the open source model.
You will not be able to use sparkweb without having the enterpise plugin installed as this is a commercil offering.
