Hello community!
My project was a heavy user of OpenFire a couple years back but we were forced off of it because it wasn’t clear if Openfire supported FIPS 140-2 encryption. I would like to push the project back to Openfire but the question still remains. If it doesn’t, is there a way to completely disable any builtin encryption modules? Apparently cleartext is the next best thing to non-FIPS encryption (don’t get me started).
