I’m trying to get openfire 3.4.1 on Linux running with embedded DB and users & groups in OpenLDAP. However, there is a problem that in “User Summary”, the “Total Users” is different from the user list by 1. Ie. “Total Users” shows 30, while in the list I can see only 29 users. The correct user count is 30. The missing user can be found, when I search using “User Search”.
Has anyone encountered a similar problem? I’m attaching my openfire.xml. Also, the error.log is empty and there are no exceptions/errors in debug.log to be seen.
