Oracle Access Manager with Openfire

Hi,

I am new to Openfire and XMPP. I would like to know if Openfire can be configured to use Oracle Access Manager or any other SSO tool.

The work flow would be something like below :

  1. User logs in to the web application by providing a username/pwd.

  2. Once the user is logged in to the web app, he has the ability to use the chat functionality. (The chat client will be something similar to gmail chat, wherein the chat window is integrated into the web page)

  3. As the user has already been authenticated by the app server, the im server should use the same credentials to log him/her in.

I would like to know the various options for configuring the sso in the above mentioned scenario.
