Hello,
We all use spark at our company.
One person always appears in my offline list, but when he is online (still appears offline) I can chat with him if I try it. BUT I cannot send files back and forth with him since hes “offline” and this is the one person that i really would like to be able to do this with.
On everyone elses spark he appears to be online so the problem must rest with me. I have tried restarting and updating my spark, its been going on for a week now
