Place a Phone Call missing

Hi

In my Spark chat window place a phone call is missing. How can I get it. Attached File contains the Print Screen of Spark window.

I have same problem.

I have working OpenFire 3.8.1 with STUN configured. Ports are open as should (udp).

Spark 2.6.3 Client (Windows) has configured correctly (Preferences/Media Settings => STUN server & port)

But I still can’t see Phone Call button.

Any way to enable pc-pc calls ?
