why did you delay solve Jm-190 bedbug for Jive messenger ?

The reason we decided to move JM-190 to 2.2 is that we are going to release the 2.1.3 version today (or tomorrow) and being one of our primary goals to release stable software we considered that the best thing to do was to move this issue for the next release. This issue requires a complete review of the way roster packets are being sent so the change may have many impacts on the server.
However, since this modification is required both for s2s and transports, it is going to be fixed very soon.
