I’m new to the whole IM but need it for my employees and I to connect…please assist in getting us up and running. All of the users entered in Openfire are still in pending status on Spark IM. Some of them have answered my invitation to join but even they are still in pending status. Please help.
May be the roster settings from Openfire (it is no clear).
