I can not use the plugin userservices. UserServiceDisabled .When access http:\ \myserver:9090\plugins\userService\userservice an error appears on the screen: UserServiceDisabled.
What can this be?
The version is 1.3.0
Make sure you enable the userservices option. After you install the plugin, it’s not enabled by default.

Can you explain more in detail what you mean by you can’t activate it? What error message are you getting on the admin screen? You need to make sure you click on Server tab, and then click on Server Settings and look on the left hand side for “User Service”.
