Post Update Openfire 4.1.1 and Spark 2.8.2 Online Users are not visible most of the time

Many of the times post update many of our users are not able to see the other online users. Sometime restarting the service helps. But again it disturbs the other users. So as such the online users visibility is the major issue being experienced.

Checked up the log, nothing much is visible there.

There’s not a lot of information to debug this problem in this message. Is there anything particular in your setup? Does the problem go away when you revert back to your old software version? If so: what version is that?

Thanks for the reply.

I haven’t downgraded it yet, since it was a final release we did the update across the organization. Downgrading will take a day’s downtime. What do you suggest.
