I have an issue when I use a custom status (i.e. Availaibe - Working from home) that status stays as long as I’m not idle. If I go into an idle state and come back to my desk my presence changes to just “Available”. Is there a way I can make Spark default back to the custom status presence? So for example, I set my presence in the morning to a custom status of “Available - Working from home” when I go Idel it will say “Idle due to …” when I come back to my desk I would like it to revert back to “Available - Working from home”. Is that possible?
The same thing is happening with us. Was there ever a solution to this?
